Back to the daily routine

Well, summer holiday is over, kids are back to school and I am trying to pick up my daily routine with emphasis on trying. I always forget about the things I've been procrastinating due to vacation, like working on my blog :) and needs handling now but I am getting there....

Last weekend was a perfect Dolly weekend though; 2 dolls sold on Hyenacart within half an hour and the 3rd doll went for a huge amount on the auction. Special thanks to the buyers and bidders, your enthusiasm is what keeps me going!

Today I've dyed new Teeswater locks in devine colors, hope to show you some pictures soon. Getting back to my custom orders for the next weeks, always a lot of fun.

See you soon,

♥ Esther

Fanpage Bibi on Facebook not available right now.

I am so sorry for those who want to join for the Giveaway doll but the Bibi Butterscotch Fanpage is not available right now!!! I was using iframe to make some tabs on the Bibi page and suddenly Facebook decided to shut the page down. I really have no clue what happened so I've filed an appeal now. Hope it can be restored very soon.

I will update you via this blog or  https://www.facebook.com/waldorf.love

Pewwww, problems with my fanpage are resolved, it appeared to be a malicious script I was using. Still don't understand it since it was Fb software, but okay, it's working again and that's all that counts, isn't it? So, you can enter for the Giveaway doll again

Facebook GIVEAWAY!

Yep, it is definitely time for a Giveaway, the sun is shining, life is good and I looooooove doing giveaways. Meet Anouk, she is 12" Snugly Bibi that means she is soft filled but not too floppy, just comfortable enough to fall asleep on. She's made of organic Swiss jersey safe for the little ones to suck on and easy to clean without pilling. She has long arms which can be put around the neck for mutual hugging, my children used to love that. Her hair is made of very soft brushed mohair, attached to a crocheted cap and sewn into permanent pony tails. You still can make braids or messy buns.

I will draw a winner on June 1st. According to FB rules I have to charge the winner $1. No further costs. One entry only per person, if you share the picture it allows you one entry more. Make sure you like the page, not only the doll.

Good luck to you all!

Meet Sam

Just finished Sam, a 16" doll with a different feet and leg construction from the original classic Bibi doll. I really like to experiment with different styles and I think he really turned out great. Those locks are so incredible fun to  work with, cannot get enough of them! The sweater is knitted by my 85 years old neighbour, she adores making cute outfits for the dolls.

Little Ballerina for Mylinh

This little ballerina is a custom for the daughter of Mylinh who is fond of ballet. The doll is 16", has fair skin and golden locks mixed with some amber locks. She wears a tutu of pink and white and the rest of her ballerina dress is made of hard pink velvet with an elastic shiny bias trim. Her cardigan is made of cotton and wool and is very soft. The ballet shoes are crocheted of shiny soft pink/pearl yarn. Isn't she adorable, she looks just like a little chubby toddler in ballet class.....She was so much fun to make!

Hair & Hair, can't wait to use these locks!

These locks are by far my favorite! It takes some time to wash, dye and select them, but the result is always overwhelming, don't you think?

Just uploaded some colors of wefted mohair in my Etsy shop. This mohair is so soft, it is a delight to see it on a doll.
